We tend to brush this issue under the carpet! We feign non existence of the matter. But, the fact remains. Waterproofing is not getting it's due! For some reason, this issue is dismissed casually by the parties concerned. And then, when the "tide gets high", we shout SOS!!
Let us talk about this issue more and in more detail. We need to work on this aspect so that the matter shows improvement.
